Like a lot of people now living in Seattle, Dominic Cortese hails from the great state of Michigan. Growing up in a musically enriched household, Dominic's healthy sense of rhythm, overly energetic attitude, and an endless supply of buckets, floors, and furniture to bang on, he was able to develop a love for both melodies and beats. It was until the age of fifteen, though, that he stumbled upon his first drum kit. And began the ever evolving journey of a musician.,

He has been in band's now for over eight years, and has created a unique for himself behind the kit that is fun, inventive, and groovy.

Along with The Jesus Rehab, Dominic also spends time laying down the groove for local rock superstar Julia Massey & The Five Finger Discount.
